The range of split air conditioners are split into two functioning components, While the compressor, condenser section is located outside the room to ensure quiet operation, the section housing the evaporator is positioned within the room. The evaporator units have a free flow fan that circulates the conditioned air.

The two sections may be installed some distance apart, but are interconnected by means of refrigerant piping and electrical wiring. These split system air conditioners are available in a wide range of capacities to suit different clients requirements.
